One project or ten.
Basic gives your team one live project for €80 a month. Pro gives it up to ten for €240 a month. Updating a project doesn't use another place.
Yearly or monthly.
Pay for twelve months upfront, or one month at a time. Both give your team the same publishing capacity. Payments renew automatically through Mollie; a team owner can stop future renewal in Billing.
Listeners never pay.
The Skape app is free. No account, no ads, no revenue share, no limit on listeners.
Questions
What counts as a published project?
A live project that listeners can open in the Skape app. Updating it is free. Basic allows one live project at a time; Pro allows up to ten. Capacity is shared across your team, regardless of payment frequency.
Do listeners pay?
No. The app is free and needs no account. They open your project with a link, a 7-digit code or a QR code.
Can listeners get the app yet?
Not yet. None of the Skape apps are published yet. Until they are, we help the teams we work with get test versions.
We have a project budget, not a subscription budget.
Choose yearly billing to pay twelve months upfront: €960 for Basic or €2,880 for Pro, excluding VAT. A team owner can stop automatic renewal in Billing while keeping the period already paid for.
What happens when the period ends?
Your plan renews automatically unless a team owner stops renewal. When publishing coverage ends, affected projects become unavailable to listeners. They stay in your account and can be published again later.
Can we build and test before we pay?
Yes. Everything before publishing is free, including testing on site in the Skape app together with your team.
What does support look like?
Everyone can write to hello@skap.es, and a person replies within two business days. Enterprise adds priority support with an agreed response time, onboarding and a contact person.
